Your iconify account

  • Buyer
  • Seller
    • Private Seller
      • Private sellers are those that are not VAT-registered.
        • Private sellers do not recuperate VAT on their purchases, this will then be interpreted as margin goods on our platform.
        • The payout that you receive will thus be excluding VAT, you will receive the full amount of the payout price as no VAT is charged to the end consumer.
    • Business Seller
      • Business sellers are those that are VAT-registered.
        • Business sellers recuperate VAT on their purchases, this will then be interpreted as VAT-charged goods on our platform.
        • As a business seller, we (Iconify) are the legal buyer of your goods in the sense of VAT according to new VAT-law.
      • Europe          
        • The payout that you receive will thus be excluding VAT, you will receive the payout price deducted with VAT, as VAT is charged to the end consumer.
        • Your invoice, that is generated by us, will include the payout price and mention the 0% VAT that is charged upon the sale.
      • Belgium
        • The payout that you receive will thus be including VAT, you will receive the full amount of the payout price as VAT is charged to the end consumer.
        • Your invoice, that is generated by us, will include the payout price and mention the 21% VAT that is charged upon the sale.

We are sad to see you go, but you can delete your Iconify account by request a deletion to our support.

Selling your products to iconify

  • Consign
    • When choosing the consign option, Iconify checks your products in our authentication centre prior of these having been sold. This provides an extra layer of value to our customers in forms of speedy delivery and service whilst also taking time of your hands due to the products already being at our facility.

        • 5,5% of the sale price and €12 shipping
      • Gold
        • 5% of the sale price and €12 shipping
      • Platinum
        • 4,5% of the sale price and €12 shipping

        • 4% of the sale price and €12 shipping
  • Resell
    • When choosing the resell option, Iconify checks your products in our authentication centre after these having been sold. Once sold, you, the seller has 2 days (48 hours) to ship your product to our facility.
    • Service fees
      • Bronze
        • 10,5% of the sale price and €12 shipping
      • Silver
        • 10% of the sale price and €12 shipping
      • Gold
        • 10% of the sale price and €12 shipping
      • Platinum
        • 9,5% of the sale price and €12 shipping
      • Iconic
        • 9% of the sale price and €12 shipping

 

Iconify only allows products that are deadstock.

  • Deadstock means that the shoes are in the same condition as provided by the manufacturer.

 

All new and unworn products listed on Iconify can be sold.

You have 2 days (48h) to ship your sold listing with the label we have provided for you. You can find this label after you have sold your product here: https://iconify.eu/authenticate/account-listings-consign-resell

You have 3 days (72 hours) to ship your consigned listing(s) with the label we have provided for you. You can find this label after you have sold your product here: https://iconify.eu/authenticate/account-listings-consign-resell

Iconify uses UPS, DPD and GLS as their shipping partners.

Sellers that have either sold or consigned their products with us, are obliged to use the provided shipping label in order for it to be processed internally.

  • Parcels that arrive without our shipping label are returned to the seller.

  • In case of a product that has been resold: we will send your payout maximum 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after we have received your product in our warehouse.
  • In case of a product that has been consigned: we will send your payout maximum 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after it has been sold.

If you are not able to ship your product within the designated time frame, your listing will be cancelled.

  • The seller is responsible to ship their product in a timely manner, if you are unable to ship your order during the time frame
    and to avoid the order being cancelled or penalised, please contact our customer support.

All services provided and products listed by Iconify are priced inclusive of sales tax/VAT.

  • We will forward this to the respective tax authorities at the appropriate time.

Iconify is open to both private and business sellers, different VAT laws apply for both parties influencing the payout price.

You can request items that are not yet listed on Iconify by contacting us at support@iconify.eu with a clear mention of the SKU. The items will then be added to our website.

If your product did not pass our authentication process, we will send it back to you. Dependent on what reason it did not pass for, you will be fined a small amount plus the shipping cost back to you.

Excessive box damage will not pass our authentication process. Please make sure your box is in good condition.

You are obliged to ship your item with the provided shipping label in a shipping box that is appropriate to your sale.

Authenticity

Every product will be checked by our authenticator through several steps that contain several checks. This ensures the product will be authentic, new and in good condition.

  • You can recognise a product checked by Iconify by our tag attached to the shoe. This tag is unique to your shoe and can be used to identify all information about it internally.

Iconify guarantees the authenticity of your product. If you have second thoughts about your received product, please send an e-mail to support@iconify.euwith the reasons why you think your product is not authentic.

Products and pricing

  • The products available on the website of Iconify are provided by external sellers, all pricing is based on the price that the sellers want for their product.
  • Why are the prices different for each size?
    • Since pricing is dependent on individual sellers, each size of the same product can have a different pricing.

 

All products on Iconify will be available in EU and US sizing.

Purchasing products from Iconify

Iconify is a platform that unites both sellers and buyers of sneakers.

  • Once you are able to locate your sneakers on the website and have placed your order,
    the seller confirms and ships the product to our authentication facility.
  • We authenticate the product and then ship it to you.

Your products are new and in the condition like they would come from retailers.

  • This is ensured by our authentication process.

Iconify accepts these payment options: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Ideal

If your purchased product did not pass authentication, you will be notified, and we will try to complete your order through our consigned pairs or find another pair through our listed pairs on Iconify.

Placed orders

A listed product on our website takes approximately 7 business days to arrive dependent on the country of delivery.
A consigned product (indicated as express delivery) will take approximately 3 business days to arrive.

Yes, you can change your delivery address here.

  • Your billing address can only be changed through asking permission for security reasons.

You will be notified and we will try to complete your order through our consigned pairs or find another pair through our listed pairs on Iconify.

Returns

  • Products can only be returned in exceptional circumstances and within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Can I return my products if they are defective?
    • Iconify guarantees the authenticity of your product. If you have second thoughts about your received product, please send an e-mail to support@iconify.eu with the reasons why you think your product is not authentic.
  • Can I return my product after I have worn them and the tag is off?
    • You cannot return a product after the tag is off.
  • Can I return my product if the size is wrong?
    • Iconify is not responsible for wrong sizes being bought. We only assure the product has the same size as the listing.
