Air Jordan is a brand produced by Nike, it was created for NBA-legend Michael Jordan. It started with player exclusive shoes in 1984, but in 1985 became available to the public. Air Jordan has released an Air Jordan model for every year that has gone by. There are 14 models (Air Jordan 1 – Air Jordan XIV) that Michael Jordan played in his first 14 seasons in the NBA before he retired the first time. Other models in the Air Jordan line include the Spiz’ike (by Spike Lee), Sixty Plus, Fusions and 6 Rings (based on the shoes he wore during his 6 championships).
